Covid 19- La Vie Spa & Salon will slowly reopen May 5, 2020

Governor Kemp's announcement to allow Georgia salons, spas & gyms to reopen on April 24th came earlier than expected. After serious consideration for the health & well being of our team & guests we are taking a slower approach. Governor Kemp extended Georgia's Public Health State of Emergency declaration in response to the coronavirus outbreak until May 13, 2020.
La Vie Spa & Salon will reopen with limited services and team members on May 5, 2020. La Vie is very fortunate to cover over 5,000 square feet of delegated space. It wll be easier for us to practice social distancing and we are working out small details daily. We have also been diligently ordering personal protective equipment and additional sanitation supplies necessary to safely open in alignment with the strict guidelines set forth by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetologists and Barbers.

Team La Vie will be required to wear face masks and we will ask you to do the same. Don't be alarmed to see some team members wearing face shields, gloves & behind protective barriers.
What to Expect When you arrive for your appointment
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early and wait in your vehicle until your pre booked appointment time. Common waiting areas are temporarily closed. We will be launching a phone app for easier check in / check out. Until then let the front desk know you are at the Spa / Salon and your service provider will come and get you.
Please wear a secured / clean face mask to your appointment. If you don’t have a face mask, a disposable mask will be provided for you while supplies last. A small charge of $3 will be added to your ticket as these supplies are hard to obtain and are limited. We may have more fashionable masks for you to purchase as they become available.
We request only (1) person with a prescheduled appointment will be allowed to enter at the appropriate time. Guests with children that are not receiving services will not be allowed.
We will have you wash/sanitize your hands in a specified area, we may take your temperature, we will ask you if you or any one in your family is sick or has been exposed to anyone with Covid 19. In accordance with CDC guidelines, if you have a temperature above 100.4, you will not be allowed to enter and will need to reschedule your appointment
Although we are a team of huggers, we will be smiling and waving from a distance.
Salon Guests: We will be using freshly laundered/disposable capes and sanitized brushes/combs for each service. Please wear a collarless shirt and if you're receiving a color service, an old t-shirt is recommended. We will also be sanitizing any touched surface between guests, to include: door handles, shampoo bowls and styling chairs.
Massage guests: We will not be performing couples massage at this time for your protection. Couples can still come in together and will be serviced in separate rooms. Locker rooms are temporarily closed and each guest will change in the treatment room. Clothing will be hung on the back of the door. Disposable face covers will be provided and the room will be thouroughly sanitized in between services.
We are working on touch-less pay features at checkout to include retail purchases. Until then, you can pre book and pre pay online. Credit card machines will be handled only by our front desk coordinator and sanitized in between every transaction. We discourage any cash exchanges for service at this time.
The coffee/water/tea station has been removed for your protection. Please ask a team member if you need something to drink.
Other precautions include the removal magazines, menus, business cards or any paper material. Please go to www.laviespaandsalon.com for our current menu offerings, make sure we have your email and your appointments will be confirmed via text message/email.
Please limit personal belongings brought into the Spa. It is a good practice during this time to keep a sanitized phone, keys and credit card with you and leave your purse at home or locked in the trunk of your car.
You are family and La Vie is our home! We have always gone above and beyond sanitation guidelines and now we are going to go even further! We are coming back BETTER and STRONGER than ever before! We appreciate all of the Love, Support and Prayers that have been coming in over the last several weeks and are excited to see you all again!

Product Return Policy
No refunds will be given on services that have been completed and paid for. All product sales are final. If there are any questions, please ask one of our trained specialists to assist you.
Reservations & Cancellations
We encourage our guests to schedule in advance to ensure that there preferred treatment / therapist is available. Same day reservations or walk-in appointments are always welcome based on availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card/gift card and telephone number. We request at least a (1) week reservation for parties of 3 or more. A valid credit card or deposit may be required at the time your reservation is made. We request a 24 hour notice for cancellations. All cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a 25% of service(s) charge. No shows will be charged up to 100% of service(s), if part of a prepaid package or gift certificate, session will be forfeited. All cancellations and no show charges are at the discretion of spa management.

La Vie Gift Certificates
La Vie Spa & Salon offers Gift certificates for any dollar amount or for specific spa services. They can be purchased online or at La Vie Spa & Salon. Gift certificates/Series are non-refundable, are not valid for cash and expire one year from date of purchase.
La Vie Spa & Salon now accepts valid Spa Week & Spa Finder Gift Cards. We encourage the purchase of La Vie Gift Cards as they can be used on any Spa service, package or retail product. Spa Week & Spa Finder cards must be validated on line and can’t be combined with any other gift, discount or promotion.
To ensure the best guest experience, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension if another guest's appointment is impacted. We encourage all guests to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time in order to fill out any necessary paper work and change/dress for service. This practice guarantees full service time is provided.
Spa Ettiquette - Cell Phones/Electronics/Children
La Vie Spa & Salon is a place of peace & tranquility. In consideration of others and your experience, please silence all electronic devices. Lockers are available for guests spending the day. Children under the age of ten are not allowed in treatment rooms unless they are receiving service and are accompanied by an adult. .
Gratuities are discretionary. Please see the Guest Coordinator at the time of check out for a tip envelope. For your convenience, a service charge of 20% will be added to group contracts. Individual spa and salon services do not include gratuity.
It is La Vie Spa & Salon's sincere intention to accommodate all guests. Kindly alert our staff of any health conditions you may have/medications you are taking at the time of booking. Some of our treatments may have contraindications and we would be happy to recommend more suitable services.
